How much does a pool actually cost?

Every pool we build is custom, so the price comes down to size, finish, and the features you want. We design around your budget instead of against it, and you get a real number before anything begins. Most families are surprised at how doable the monthly payment looks once we walk through it.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, and most of our clients use it. We offer financing through HFS, and we can walk you through monthly options that fit your budget. It's one of the first things we cover so there are no surprises.

How long does it take to build?

The honest answer is that the hands on work moves faster than people expect, and the calendar is the part none of us control. A gunite pool is roughly three to six weeks of active construction once we break ground. Fiberglass moves quicker than that because the shell is built in a factory before it ever reaches your street. What stretches a project is weather, permits, inspections and concrete curing, and those set their own pace. So instead of promising a date we can't guarantee, we promise this. The moment conditions allow, we're back on it, and you'll always know what's happening and what comes next.

Will my backyard be torn up the whole time?

Construction is never invisible, but we run a clean, organized site and treat your property like it's ours. We handle the permits, the cleanup, and the final walkthrough so you're never chasing anyone.

Who will I actually be working with?

The same people the whole way through, and the person running your build has done the work with their own hands, which is why they catch things early. We'll also tell you the awkward parts up front, like gunite shooting going to a specialist crew, which is how nearly every builder does it.

Gunite or fiberglass

There are two ways to get a pool in the ground. Neither one is wrong.

Gunite

Built on site over a steel cage, so the shape is whatever you draw.
Any depth you want, including diving and separate gaming areas.
Tanning ledges, benches, bubblers, water features and grottos.
Finishes in plaster, pebble and tile with a wide color range.

Fiberglass

The shell is built in a factory, so installation is quick once it arrives.
A smooth non porous surface that gives algae less to hold onto.
Color is built into the shell rather than applied on top.
A range of models and sizes, customized with decking, lighting and features.

The best time to build a pool is the season nobody is thinking about it

Nobody's thinking about swimming in October. That's exactly why it works.

Everybody calls us in May. May is the worst month to call us. The people who called in October are already floating around in the thing.

Your yard gets the winter to recover

Digging a pool tears a yard up. There's no gentle version of that. Start in the fall and the dirt has months to settle, the ruts fill back in, and the grass comes back before you ever want to walk out there barefoot.

You're not stuck behind summer

Fall and winter is when our calendar has room. Same crew, same build, you're just not waiting in line behind everybody who woke up on Memorial Day and decided this was the year.

The slow parts happen while nothing else is

Design, permits, where the equipment sits, what the decking is, how the sun crosses the yard. Those take the time they take no matter when you start. Better to work through all of it in a jacket than in a hurry in April.
